The problem of employment is an important issue relates to the national economy and people’s livelihood, as a special group in the employment of labor groups, college students’ employment problem has been praised by all walks of life, and with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, and in recent years, the decline of economic growth in China, college students social imbalance between supply and demand, competition for jobs more severe situation. In 2004 by the Chinese ministry of Labour and social security and the international Labour organization hosted the "China’s job BBS", improve the employment quality of the workers as an important goal for the first time by a government job. Your major during college students enrolled in colleges and universities is an important factor of human capital accumulation, for their career after graduation has played a very important role. So from choose professional differences in all key elements of human capital Angle to study the quality of the employment of college graduates has very realistic significance, can learn professional class differences in the impact after graduating from college students employment quality related indicators of significant degree, designed for professional colleges and universities and college students’ employment according to the form and individual differences to choose suitable professional, to lay a good foundation for the future of career status.This article through to the human capital theory and the quality of university students’ employment problems related to research literature review and summarize, from professional categories of human capital factors selected variables as independent variables, explore the professional category in the extent to which affect the quality of the employment of college graduates. The article is divided into five parts:the first chapter is the introduction, elaborated the selected topic background and significance, theoretical basis, research purpose and method, study the innovation and deficiency. In the second chapter is literature review, quality problems on college students’ employment and professional category elements of human capital and employment relations, summarizes the related literature and comb. The third chapter is the research design, including the research hypothesis, the definition of the variable, source and research way of thinking. The fourth chapter for the data analysis, according to the research hypothesis analysis of questionnaire data accordingly. The results of data analysis showed that:it is a professional category of university graduates working conditions had a great effect on month of income level, and no significant influence on working hours and working environment; The second result is that a professional category of the nature of working unit of college graduates have a significant impact, while professing no significant impact on the degree and the working stability; Three is a professional category on the income of college graduates satisfaction has significant effects and promotion satisfaction, the overall job satisfaction significantly, but no significant influence on the working environment satisfaction. The last chapter is conclusion and suggestion, on the basis of summarizing the analysis conclusion, and specialties of colleges and universities put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
