Study For The Conservatory Campus Culture Construction Under The ERG Theory

This article aims at the students of Shenyang conservatory of music. Based on the campus cultural activities, the research extend its modes on the construction, meanwhile emphasizes on the development of the purpose on the construction of scientific and characteristic campus life in the conservatories, thus to realize the both educational and cultivated functions of the conservatories.In the theory of EGR, the article attempts to involve the theory into the real mode of the construction of the cultural characteristics. Combined with the current circumstances in the Shenyang conservatory of music, the article come up with some meaning and significant measures to make the students are in the harmonic states---“living, relationship and growth”, which focus on the closed cultivated educational mode. The investigation of current Shenyang conservatory of music about the students concentrates on the situation of the campus cultural constructions, and by the comparing, arranging and summarizing for the unbalanced content and form,and according to the further reasons of the disadvantages of lack political sense and ignorance of students’ preference as well as the shortcoming of actual educational significance. Given that the situations above, it is necessary and instructive for all the conservatories to discuss and perform the measures under the ERG mode and make enough prediction for the possible risks, on which put forward some effective strategy and solutions.The investigation and discussion of the article goes with the following five parts:Part 1: the relationship of the ERG theory and the construction of the campus cultural construction. In this part, stating the inner meaning of the ERG or hand the educational function of the campus culture, meanwhile, explaining adequately carrying out the necessity of the construction of campus culture on the certain basis on the purpose of making the activities reasonably and directly.Part 2: the necessity and importance of the conservatory cultural constructions. In this part, the necessity of the stress on the construction under the majors’ educational circumstance to the thoughtful and particular teaching targets. At the same time, during the four years’ life in university, not only should the students gain achievement in their majors, but also learn to how to be a man and how to behave as adults. The campus cultural construction is becoming more and more important for the educational system.Part 3: The conservatory campus cultural construction--- Shenyang conservatory of music as an example. This part firstly do some research to the basic situation of the Shenyang conservatory of music, and make an adequate and detailed instruction. Furthermore, an analysis of the investigation of the conservatory campus cultural construction according to the questionnaires.Part 4: The issues of the conservatory cultural construction under the ERG theory. The part will simplify and analyse the problems in the campus cultural constructions.Final part: The solutions of the conservatory cultural construction under the ERG theory. This part will point at the problems in the campus cultural constructions, and present some scientific、systematic and effective solutions and enforceable project.
