The promulgation of "National Fitness Program" and "People’s Republic of China Sports Law" rapidly develops the national fitness, and pays heed to the students. In the 21 st century, national fitness comes into national strategies, and takes traditional football, basketball, volleyball as the breakthrough point of development. According to the experience of "National Student Physical Health Standard" in years of education practice work, it founds that current researches extremely lacks of how to improve students’ physical condition, which is an urgent need to research how to improve students’ physical condition.This study using literature data, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, experiments questionnaire sand other research methods, chose 30 students who are in Grade one in No.5 middle school in Zhengzhou as the subject of the experiment. Before the experiment began subjects and fitness testing, and targeted to develop appropriate basketball training method based on test results, for a period of eight weeks of teaching experiments. After the end of the experiment carried out physical tests, the relevant conclusions.Through comparative analysis of experimental data, obtained in the experimental group of students on vital capacity, standing long jump and 1000 meter run these programs increase by a big margin, while a BMI of 50 meter run, sit and reach and pull-up three on a project to improve the margin is less obvious. A control group of students the individual scores and overall scores changed little.The results show that high school students can enhance physical health status through basketball, high school students in urgent need of physical exercise, and the urgent need to PE teacher’s professional guidance.
