With the development of economy, English is becoming a master language as the changes of the Times. School English education pays more and more attention to the cultivation of student’s study interest, listening, speaking, reading and writing the cultivation of comprehensive development, attaches great importance to the students’ communication, mutual cooperation, etc. The all-round development of comprehensive quality. English cooperative learning group, as a new teaching mode and strategy, and its positive significance to meet with the approval of the education experts and teachers.It is conducive to improve the efficiency of English learning, which is beneficial to cultivate the students’ cooperation consciousness and skills, promote the English new curriculum reform. Cooperative learning group, as many people of insight to explore research and the practice of the large number of first-line teachers improve and constantly mature and perfect.But the English cooperative learning group need to continue to improve and explore. In teaching practice, there are lots of problems in English cooperative learning group, such as students’ lack of understanding of cooperative learning, lack of participation, insufficient preparation before class, lack of cooperation consciousness and skills, poor role play and so on; Teachers are not serious with the implementation of preparation, and even neglect and contempt; In the concrete implementation process,teachers’ guide is insufficient, lack of stability control; Evaluation of implementation,simple to handle, don’t work. This article take the literature research, questionnaire,interview method and observation method, to "junior middle school English cooperative learning problems and countermeasures" as the research content,cooperative learning in the process of preparation, implementation and evaluation has carried on the beneficial discussion in such aspects as analysis.The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, the paper expounds the background of the problem of group cooperative learning, practical significance and historical origins of cooperative learning theory and development course and current situation both at home and abroad, illustrates the research method.The second chapter discussed the cooperation, cooperative learning, and cooperative learning English components related concepts, such as charge of cooperative learningtheory basis, theoretical origin and connotation of cooperative learning to English. The third chapter discusses methods of questionnaire survey, teachers, in-depth analysis of various factors affecting English cooperative learning, and the reason to analyze the problems and provide direction for the next step is the implementation of cooperative learning. The fourth chapter, it is the core of the article, in view of existing problems,and detailed discusses the early English cooperative learning should do the preparatory work, ensure that cooperative learning should have the link and how to evaluate, aimed at improving the efficiency of English learning, and promote all-round development of students to provide reference and operable, and discusses the practical significance of teaching and research. The fifth chapter summarizes the full text, and explains the lack of the study and further explore and hard place.Through classroom observation and practice, this study developed a series of countermeasures of improving the efficiency of cooperative learning, inspiring the students’ interest in learning English, improving their academic performance,especially cultivating the students’ consciousness of cooperation, communication skills,ability to solve difficult, unity and cooperation to promote the all-round development of students, also for the future provided reference for the further study of the cooperative learning.
