The 18 th CPC National Congress reports the prospect of "the construction of beautiful China." First of all,to build beautiful China’s is to have the beautiful aesthetic vision and the power to construct and create beauty. The third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC puts forward "improve the teaching of aesthetic education and the students’ aesthetic and cultural literacy." This illustrates China’s high attention to the aesthetic education and puts the aesthetic education in the obvious position of the education and affirms the educating function of aesthetic education.The pursue of knowledge and beauty,curiosity about the unknown and the beauty is the most beautiful and good human nature. If a person received more than ten years of education,the result is neither interested in the unknown nor the feelings of good things,it would be the most severe destruction to the person’s good nature.Geography as a discipline of revealing human relation with geographical environment is a bridge for the vocational school students to understand the geographical environment. As a required course,geography provides the formation of geographical skills of sustainable development concept with rich aesthetic content and features and the unique aesthetic function. In terms of art school,geography education is an important way of aesthetic education implementation. It is of great significance to promote the all-round development of students,to improve students’ basic quality education function and the power related to professional services in the vocational education.Based on the connotation of aesthetic education as the starting point,through collecting, sorting and reading relevant literature,the teachers and students questionnaire way to master art school students aesthetic status and geographical features; Through carding of aesthetic education in geography teaching material contents,mining the aesthetic factors of teaching material,to summarized the aesthetic elements,arrange their own aesthetic education in geography teaching application cases,to summarize the teaching strategy method,put forward the implementation strategy of aesthetic education,optimize the teaching process,let students and teachers together explore the beauty of geography,let students and teachers together explore the beauty of the geography, the feeling of beauty and at the same time learn useful geographic literacy to the lifelong development. Implementation of aesthetic education in geography teaching process helps the students in geography class to cultivate aesthetic taste better provide service for professional study and provides suggestions of aesthetic education for art students in geography class.This paper will be divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. Analysis the paper selected topic background, focus on progress and present situation of the related studies, and established in this paper, the research method and technical route.The second part, summarizes the content of the aesthetic education, analyzes the relations between aesthetics and art school geography teaching and the characteristics of the middle school students’ aesthetic psychology. Paper introduces the theory of aesthetic culture.The third part, the art school students has carried on the questionnaire survey, combined with interviews,investigation of the current situation of the students’ aesthetic ability. Survey shows that most of the students’ aesthetic quality, have individual differences aesthetic demandThe fourth part,from the geographical discipline characteristic, in physics teaching material contents,art professional characteristics in three sides facing the geography teaching aesthetic penetration feasibility is analyzedThe fifth part put forward the principle for geography teaching in training aesthetic ability, way and safeguard measures.The sixth part of the conclusion.
