Research methods: First of all, using literature survey and open questionnaire investigation to compile genders’ love Psychological Contract Breach –Violation questionnaires; Secondly, after the pre-test, the study builds the preliminary factors on genders’ love psychological contract breach–violation questionnaires by the exploratory factor analysis. Then the study measures questionnaires again, and uses confirmatory factor analysis to verify genders’ love psychological contract Breach-Violation questionnaires’ rationality of factor structure; Finally, the study makes a formal survey to 504 subjects who are being love with each other by the questionnaire survey and analyzes its results to explore the current situation and related factors about genders’ love psychological contract breach-violation. The main conclusions in this study are as follows:(1) The structure of the psychological contract breach of bisexual affection consists of four dimensions, i.e., neglect, hostility and haggle and selfishness. The structure of the psychological contract violation of bisexual affection consists of four dimensions, i.e., intentional neglect, intentional hostility and intentional haggle and intentional selfishness.(2) The questionnaire design of the psychological contract breach and the psychological contract violation of bisexual affection, in terms of the reliability and validity indicators, satisfies the requirements of statistics.(3) According to the research, the subjects have, to some extent, felt the neglect, hostility, haggle and selfishness of their partners, among which haggle is the strongest. Besides, the psychological contract breach mostly happens with a moderate degree and when there is the breach of psychological contract by their partners, the subjects intend to show the intentional haggle rather than hostility against the other side.(4) Female are more sensitive than male in respect to psychological contract violation, and the groups who are holders of master’s degree and above are more sensitive of selfishness. What’s more, when there is the breach of psychological contract, different groups have behave differently in respect of contract violation. Female are more inclined to behave intentional neglect, haggle and selfishness, the elderly group intentional neglect and selfishness. Intentional neglect, hostility and selfishness are found in the groups whose education level is relatively low or the household annual income is less than forty thousands. Moreover, the more the involvement in and experience of bisexual affection, the bigger the possibility of the above three behaviors. Last but not least, intentional haggle is often found in the groups who are relatively young, unmarried cohabiting couples or have been married for no more than 10 years.(5)Obviously, there is a close positive correlation between the dimensions of contract breach and violation. In other words, neglect, hostility, haggle and selfishness have a close positive correlation of intentional neglect, hostility, haggle and selfishness.Specifically, the expression of selfishness has a obvious forward prediction of breach and intentional neglect; hostility has a obvious forward prediction of intentional hostility and intentional selfishness.
