As leader of teaching for a long time, teacher must keep pace with the trends of social development because of the particular profession. In recent years, with the progress of society, more and more people paid attention to environmental issues, meanwhile, the continuous renewal education concept and chemical discipline developed. Moreover the rise of “STSE”(Science Technology Society Environment) education and the idea of green chemistry, chemistry teacher has fresh requirement for the society as the result. Nowadays teacher just teach environmental education by talking, which is hard to develop students’ environmental and saving consciousness. Treating the treatment of rejected material as the penetration point of environment education to make students anticipate and feel the spirit of green friendly cleaning chemistry by themselves, we can reach the teaching goal.This paper study on literature firstly, actually research the things about environmental education and chemistry wastes disposal in three editions textbooks(People education press, Jiangsu education press, Shandong science press), American mainstream textbooks of senior school and experiments in college and university. Hereinto, the forms of environmental education are many and varied in these three editions, but the knowledge is too brief. The way to dispose chemistry wastes is presented directly or in the form of appendix in American mainstream textbooks. It is overall that the methods to classify, collect, manage and dispose wastes in Chinese college and university. All of the above provides the basis for this study.Secondly, design questionnaires to know the situation of chemical discarded materials in high school by researching on literature and take the parts of students and teachers in eight senior schools in Guiyang city as research objects to analyze the factors of teacher such as the time teacher teaching, level of degree and sex which may influence the application of disposal wastes and to learn students ’ awareness, practice and attitude about treating wastes. Look for ward to help for related research.The fundamental problem of inappropriate disposal wastes in senior middle school is teachers do not take this seriously and hold wrong ideas of treating wastes only increase workload but nothing etc. So this paper proposes recycling experiment that can complete experiment and will make chemicals circularly use. Moreover when something can not be cycled, use simple wastes treatments. To improve operability of disposal wastes we can do the following things to establish green chemistry laboratory and make student form the consciousness of protecting environment. Making teacher knows waste better by relevant training. Teacher and student can be influenced character by environment of school propaganda and education. Teacher instructs the hazardous waste disposal procedures in class. Laboratory assistant supervise(teachers and students) and carry out waste collecting and disposing.
