With the rapid development of social diversity, a variety of public issues and social issues highlighted, along with social differentiation and various educational groups emerging, the educational problems become increasingly important to attract the people attention. The rapid development of Chinese NGO began in the 1990 s, including the emergence and rise of the educational NGO, in order to solve the problem of China’s current education of vulnerable groups, the educational NGOs have played an important role. The new projects for the study of Chinese NGO’s educational background is in this unfolding.This thesis selects the Beijing Growing home which is typical folk educational NGO as a research object. Its developing two NGO projects- "Migrant children learn and explore in the city" and "New 1001 Nights- Rural boarders bedtime story " As a research blueprint. The former is a diverse education program for the children of migrant workers carried out by the city for Beijing and the latter is a bedtime story project focusing on psychological counseling to the children left behind in rural life in accommodation undertaken.The thesis uses the case analysis method, the comparative method and the indepth interview method as the research path. Through the conceive, operation, comparative study of the different stages of implementation of these two educational projects of Beijing Growing Home, it summed up the different transmission pattern construction in these two projects. "Migrant children learn and explore in the city" project uses the chain transmission pattern to propagate within the organization as the main route of transmission, resulting in a limited impact of the project and forced to suspend. “New 1001 Nights- Rural boarders bedtime story" project is the development of the former transmission pattern, in order to build a new network transmission pattern treating Beijing Growing Home as main part, and the use internet communication on the project carried effective promotion to achieve good results.In the final article, it extracts the main communication strategy suggestions for Chinese NGO, hoping to establish NGO brand and NGO projects to promote to provide some help.
