With the development of society and improvement of people’s economy, people’s demand for education is increasing, and that prompted the education industry to flourish Future development trend of consulting industry brings new challenges for small and medium education consulting firm,those company want to survive and develop in a long term, making reasonable development strategy is very important.This paper is based on the relate theories of strategy and strategic management, using empirical research method, firstly take the contrast research to analyze the D education consulting company’s development situation, and find out the weakness of the current company’s development, the company’s competitive environment is analyzed by using Porter’s five forces model, using the method of SWOT for company’s competition analysis; Secondly combining the local education consulting industry development status and the strengths and weaknesses of the company itself, put forward the "integration, differentiation" strategy development model, and present "expand business scope, research training materials independently, provide special training course" strategic development direction; At last,giving concrete policies of organizational structure, human resources, marketing, financial management, student management and so on, to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s strategy.This paper aims to use empirical research methods, through comparative studies to identify the strengths and weaknesses company current development, pinpoint corporate strategic direction,provide strategic reference to the company’s future development. Also provide a reference for the development of small and medium education consulting firm.
