| The world is in a new round of the dawn of the industrial revolution, which has led to a fundamental subversion of production organization models and lifestyle all around the world. Under a completely new background, what we should do to meet the challenge and impacts caused by new industrial revolution in the field of new energy along with its talent cultivation? We urgently need to give a clear answer.In current situation, in spite of the rapid development of new energy field, the talent supply is out at elbows. The outdated way of cultivation and deficient knowledge structure could not adapt to the challenge in the face of the new industry and the request of the new energy development. Thus high-quality professionals have become a bottleneck for the sustainable development of energy economy.Curriculum system construction plays a fundamental role in as the core of talent cultivation system. That is because it must fit the new energy development and utilization of technical requirements and supply knowledge and ability required for students. On the other hand, it also has to satisfy the demand of comprehensive quality fostering to lay a foundation for students facing to the future development. The case about new energy field undergraduate curriculum system research over 10 universities shows that the curriculum construction still sticks to the traditional knowledge system and the course model like the same as carriage which has separated with the target. Besides, the single course structure and the poor global consciousness lead that the whole system is lack of prospect and even against with the new industrial revolution as well as the times of curriculum building.Compared with China, the new energy field undergraduate curriculum system building in America, Australia and Britain are integrally better than China. In the course model, for emphasizing the general, basic and comprehensive feature, it raises the ratio of general course. The content includes economic, management and ethics which reflects the thought of wide theory and thick foundation. Of course, it is said that never a rose without a prick, so does in the process of foreign country. For example, There are still some deficiencies in low percentage of selective courses and more emphasis on technological application in the course content.In view of the above-mentioned, our curriculum building must be clear the value orientation facing the new industrial revolution and highlight the connotation. And then reforming the course model and integrating prospective feature to build a kind of processing model that could be more adaptable with students’ cognitive and growing rules. Besides, The recombination of contents with economic, management and ethics make it more comprehensive and international. All these can make students be better grasp the relationship between the new energy and society to face the tide of the industrial revolution. |
