Migration has long been associated with the presence of learning, However, migration promotes positive learning is often followed by negative migration. So in the background of the quality of education, every teacher should pay attention to promote Migration of students. However, under the New Curriculum Throughout the migration of the current of studying biological is not ideal. The reason is that the learning process of students in the biological prone to negative migration. So find out causes of negative migration, and propose effective strategies for migration has become the focus of teaching.In thisstudy, Guizhou Normal University Affiliated High School students as the target. Questionnaire and semi-structured interviews to understand the status of students studying biological and find out the reasons for the migration from learning. Using experimental research methods to explore the phenomenon of negative transfer correction strategy effectiveness.The research shows that students learn to migrate consciousness, and thus susceptible to negative transfer to the following factors: Students original cognitive structure defects. Existing knowledge and misconceptions experience interference, learning attitudes and methods, mindset, meta-cognitive missing; teachers teaching concepts and methods; some parts of biology textbooks produce a negative migration. Through a comparative analysis of the various factors that overall differences, the results show the value of meta-cognitive abilities evaluation lowest(2.7);By analysis Various factors correlation, the results showed a significant positive correlation, where students learn methods and meta-cognitive abilities maximum correlation coefficient(0.449). Spss over ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences in addition to the evaluation of biological materials(P = 0.043, P <0.05), the remaining factors are not significantly different(P> 0.05).According to the formation of negative migration reason, we propose to prevent and overcome some of the negative transfer of teaching strategies. Pay attention to the interest of learning biological, teaching the history of biological science, students build cognitive structure, develop metacognitive ability to build students ’knowledge system and the training of thinking, in order to better promote students’ knowledge forward migration.
