The life-long education has been the primary principle of the present education, which goal is teach students the ability to take away. However, numerous of negative migration and poor ability to solve problems of students are produced because of the abuse of exam-oriented education of China.Therefore, we designed the diagnostic questionnaire involving senior one chemical problem-solving negative migration. This questionnaire diagnosed from cognitive level, learning ability, metacognition level and teacher factor. Moreover, a rigid reliability and validity assessment was carried out to test our data. After that, we diagnosed the reason of the problem-solving negative migration via the result of the questionnaire. In our opinion, the shallow negative migration, sciential negative migration, stereotyping negative migration, alternative framework negative migration and psychological negative migration are main issues of students while be lacking of teaching strategy and excess rigescent excise are teachers’ trouble. A lot of corrigent methods were discussed to avoid these negative migration aim at not only students but also teachers.This issue researched all aspects of chemical problem-solving negative migration of students to help learner to improve the efficiency of chemical problem-solving.
