Along with the rapidly development of market economy and the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the problem of university students’ employment become increasingly apparent. In our country,it has a clear regulation of strengthen college students’ career planning education in colleges and universities to improve the quality of employment.However, most of the colleges and universities has ignored the aspect of ideological and political education. This is an important reason for the difficulty of employment I think.The main purpose of College students’ career planning is to guide students to understand themselves and the environment, promote the students form the correct professional ideal and values, to improve students’ comprehensive ability and quality.The main purpose of the ideological and political education is to guide college students to form correct world outlook, the outlook on life, values, promote the all-round development of college students, both of the education purpose have there homogeneity.Therefore, to strengthen the ideological and political education in college students’ career planning is beneficial to change students’ employment concept, establish a scientific values, improve the comprehensive quality and ability, promote the all-round development of college students. Apply it to college students’ career planning education reasonably, can innovate the education pattern and carrier, enrich education content, and promote the development of college students’ career planning education effectively, realize the success of graduates employment.In this paper, It analysis the inner relationship between the occupation career planning and ideological and political education, Through literature method, questionnaire investigation, case analysis method, My objects are analyzing the current situation of college students’ political thought deeply, dissecting the shortages of the ideological and political education in college students’ career planning, putting forward to strengthen college students’ career planning in the effective carrier of ideological and political education and countermeasures. This dissertation can be concluded to three sections. Firstly, summarize the contents and objects of the above two. Secondly, I have studied the current college students’ overall aspects of ideological and political education’s factor. For instance, the ideal faith, political quality, moral quality, professional values and political thoughts. In addition, I have studied the existing causes and problems of ideological and political education in education contents, education methods, education teams. Thirdly, on the basis of our sufficient research, We must improve the ideological understanding, have a reasonable construction of education content and teaching method, improve the teachers’ quality and level, rich the graduation education carrier and platform and resources, form a reasonable evaluation mechanism and security system,etc.To realize the goal of education which can be scientific, professional and continuous.And hope it can provide reference and reference value for the future college students’ career planning education and ideological and political education.
