Novice Teachers are teachers of a special group of people, they just walked into the teaching arena. In many of the studies we can find, determine the most important period of life-long teacher professional quality of teachers is the first years of his career, this period is to decide whether they will continue to go in this area in the period, but also determines their future What will become teachers. Therefore, this study is considered to be a beginning teacher special stage of teacher professional development.Classroom Questioning is an essential part of the classroom, both teachers and students share feelings, share information necessary for teachers is also an important means to organize classroom teaching. Classroom questions also can reflect a professional level and classroom teaching quality of teachers important tool. Language classroom is a place where the most active verbal communication, verbal communication is also a maximum number of places for novice teachers in the language classroom study also investigated the most representative.In this study, a method using questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation,classroom questioning for novice teachers to conduct a comprehensive in-depth investigation,research and analysis status and influencing factors of novice teachers ask questions in class,after the analysis of the factors put forward some corresponding Promotion Strategy.
