Language classroom is a place where the most active verbal communication, verbal communication is also a maximum number of places for novice teachers in the language classroom study also investigated the most representative.In this study, a method using questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation,classroom questioning for novice teachers to conduct a comprehensive in-depth investigation,research and analysis status and influencing factors of novice teachers ask questions in class,after the analysis of the factors put forward some corresponding Promotion Strategy.
