Mongolian is a nation who have a long legendary history, for thousands of years, the Mongolian lived a "routes and migration" nomadic life. In the long-term development, the Mongolian people’s created the brilliant national culture, it precipitated the national feelings and national spirit of Mongolian. Education can inheritance culture, Mongolian school education has played a decisive role in inheriting the Mongolian history and culture, cultivating talents and realize the development of the Mongolian nationality. However, in recent years, more and more Mongolian students give up into national school to learn national language, the national language education of Inner Mongolia region hidden the huge crisis due to many subjective and objective factors, the Mongolian schools use their mother tongue to inherit national culture is more and more difficult to continue. Primary school is the key period to the Mongolian students accept the mother tongue education, If a child from primary school gave up their native language learning, so he won’t study in the future to accept national language in the process of studying. In this study using many research methods such as questionnaires, interviews and field observation, combined with the research methods of literature analysis, based on the Mongolian areas elementary school language education utility problems, from multiple perspectives such as pedagogy, sociology, linguistics to explore the process of dynamic development trend of the Mongolian primary school in the social change and the Mongolian students how to choose the national culture in the cultural changes, demonstration and analysis the reason of the Mongolian students to abandon their native language and culture as well as the survival and development problem of Mongolian primary school, find out the breakthrough of the Mongolian primary school survival and development, realize the sustainable development of national education, protect the diversity and richness of Chinese culture.Research suggests that due to the speeding up of urbanization and the national integration deepening, the culture short-sighted behavior is spreading, the ethnic emotions and ideas is changing, “Reduce and merge schools “policy problem is showing, the development of the national school lack of power, the grassroots Mongolian teachers team construction have problem and students overburdened dwindling multiple reasons lead to the number of Mongolian language teaching school is decreasing, the number of students choose national language culture teaching has been falling, the Mongolian culture facing increasingly serious crisis. Therefore, the government and the Mongolian people should keep a clear "cultural consciousness" and "cultural confidence “to protect, innovate and inherit the Mongolian language and promote the Mongolian culture become national, world and fashion culture, Let Mongolian students regain the hope and pursuit of national culture and voluntarily select the Mongolian school education. At the same time, strengthen the attention to the Mongolian school, increasing the number of Mongolian school, expansion the learning way of the Mongolian students; Streamline national school curriculum, reasonably reduce the Mongolian students study burden; Create new experience type teaching mode, make full use of the Mongolian nomadic culture education resources, to ensure that the Mongolian school Effectively passed the traditional culture and rich the cultivation mechanism of teachers, promote the long-term development of Mongolian education.
