Through the teaching experiment on the assumption of carrying out the research study in the course of School Physical Education, this thesis aims to change the past traditional teaching forms to promote the transformation of relationship between teachers and students and enhance students’ learning abilities as well as their learning initiative which can not only help students solve the practical problems related to the subjects, but also promote the association and cooperation with others so as to change the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching classes. At the same time, it also can change the students’ out-dated study styles to realize the pattern from passivity to initiative and better foster students’ abilities of finding problems, analyzing problems and solve problems.This thesis mainly uses the methods of document literature, questionnaires, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics to have the analysis and summary on the designed research content. In order to accurately reflect the results of the experimental teaching process, this thesis has drawn the following conclusions by the methods of questionnaires and interviews:1. Through carrying out the research study, it can promote the teaching quality and efficiency. In the teaching process, teachers and students play different roles and the teaching aims, teaching methods, teaching time as well as students’ learning methods are also different.2. The research study can stimulate students’ learning motivation and pay attention to the students’ dominant position. Therefore, most students can discuss and communicate with each other actively in the class so as to improve their learning efficiency. In the class, the teachers provide time and space for the students’ discussion which brings about a great advancement of students’ learning motivation and initiative.3. On the basis of carrying out the research study, students have played the central role while the teachers are assistants which can not only increase the exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students but also enhance students’ language competence as well as their practical operation abilities. Besides, students could learn positively and the teaching atmosphere will become more active. As result, the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching is developing in the direction of harmony and democracy.4. From the group cooperation learning, the students in the experimental teaching classes can understand and master the theoretical knowledge well and better complete the teaching task in the practical courses. Moreover, students’ cooperation abilities and comprehensive qualities are further improved. At the same time, it also enhances the understanding and friendship between classmates.On the basis of the research achievements from the research study on the course of School Physical Education in the earlier stage, this thesis has had a concrete analysis research on the relationship, roles transformation and dominant positions development between teachers and students from the theoretical and practical aspects. Carrying out the research study in the class can greatly arouse students’ motivation and initiative, highlight the students’ prominent positions as well as significantly play teachers’ leading roles.
