If interference with motivational climate of physical educational classroom can influence students' motivational orient and learning interests of physical education and the relationship between students and teachers, it would improve students' motivational levels by the changes of classroom motivational climate and achieve better teaching purpose, and facilitate the harmonious development of students' bodies and minds. The former have already researched deeply into achievement motivational field in theories and experiments, and there are lots of cross-cultural researches which got some identical conclusions. Foreign researchers divided motivational climate into mastery-oriented climate and performance-oriented climate, and suggested that there are more validated experiments and cross-cultural researches in achievement motivational field. There are almost capacity consciousness, self-efficiency and performance of physical education and so on.The purpose of this research is to build two different motivational climates by teaching experiment. Used psychological scales to examine the relationship between students and teachers and the changes of study interests of physical education in junior high school, and instructed physical education and facilitate the development of students' bodies and minds.Results are as follows: firstly, it could effectively build two different motivational climates classroom that is performance-oriented climate and mastery-oriented climate. Secondly, the different sex and ethical students take the different levels of performance-oriented climate and mastery-oriented climate. And this result is different from former conclusions partly. Thirdly, two different motivational climates both improve students' learning interests of physical education and the relationship between students and teachers, and mastery-oriented climate could produce more effective psychological effect. Fourthly, there are remarkable correlations among different motivational climates, the learning interests of physical education and the relationship between students and teachers, and the correlation of mastery-oriented climate is more distinct and stable.
