The objective of Chinese teaching is concerned with presuppose of Chinese teaching process and its outcomes. However, achieving the goal of fusion and interactivity of three-dimensional objective of Chinese teaching in primary school requires us to grasp the law of three-dimensional objective, understand and define the main aims, and improve the effectiveness of Chinese teaching in primary school are partly interrelated with our understanding about the essence of three-dimensional objective.The present study is composed of five parts as follows.Chapter one is about the introduction. This chapter aims to explain the research background, main objectives and significance, including the rationale and approaches employed in the present study. In this chapter, a brief overview about the content, relationship and practice strategy of the three-dimensional objective will be given. Moreover, this chapter also contains the limitations about the present study, research status both in china and abroad about the relationship between language and ideology, and definitions about the key terms used in this study.Chapter two is about the investigation of the research and the limitations. As the essence proposed that language and moral should not be separated, hence, this study adopts the questionnaire and interviews to explore the authentic situation of different phases of three-dimensional objective. Based on the data analysis, the researcher got mainly four answers. First of all, the weak awareness of targeting objectives in objectives designing phase. Secondly, non-integration about the implementation of objective in teaching phase. Thirdly, deficiency of objective processing while doing exercise instruction. Fourthly, the on-sidedness and monotony of evaluation dimension in evaluation and practice phase. According to the above discussion, the researcher made the conclusion that the Chinese teachers of primary school lacks thinking about the essence of three-dimensional objective.Chapter three details about the study objective. This chapter gives explanations about the different objectives of Chinese teaching from ancient to modern times. In addition, it illustrates the principles, content, approaches of Chinese teaching and theories of Chinese educators respectively. Therefore, this study teases out an historical overview of Chinese teaching objectives in china, that is, to implement Chinese teaching under the guidance of constructing language literacy and moral at the same time.Chapter four is about literature review. This chapter discussed the rationality of three-dimensional objective essence of fusion and interactivity is about constructing moral and language literacy from the following three aspects: firstly, the logical presuppose of three-dimensional objective in primary school is language. Secondly, the central value orientation is to cultivate students with moral composition. Thirdly, the ontology of presuppose and development is language practice.Chapter five is about the practice and strategy research. This chapter is conducted based on the pervious theoretical studies which concerns about practices. Specifically, by analyzing excellent cases and under the principle of constructing language literacy and moral composition, this study proposes four principles and relevant suggestions for practice as following, “balance learning subject”, “guide learning”, “initiative to talk” and “ bidirectional joint development”.
