With the development of technology and the progress of the society, the information technology education in modern education has become a very important subject. In order to realize informationalization development strategy, improve the national information technology application ability, our country popularize information technology education in primary and middle school gradually, information technology curriculum has become a compulsory subject in the high school stage. Although the information technology curriculum is becoming better and better, owing to its short history and constant development and change, so the information technology teaching still exist various questions. The new curriculum reform explicitly proposed the total goal of senior high school information technology is to improve students' information literacy, put forward the concept of "3d object" (i.e., knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitudes and values).Three-dimensional instructional objectives of information technology curriculum stress students'comprehensive promotion and the coordinated development in different levels and information literacy, it's the new curriculum's fundamental expression to promote the quality-oriented education, but also the powerful handle to achieve quality-oriented education in classroom instruction.Based on reading the literature, the author have a basic understanding of the information technology curriculum's development process, characteristics, the research of information technology teaching's current situation and problems, the reading and study of three-dimensional instructional objectives of information technology curriculum, especially understand that most information technology teachers have problems in understanding three-dimensional instructional objectives and existing in the teaching practice. Then, the author went deep into the teaching practice to further understand the information technology teaching situation in high school, through questionnaire survey and classroom observation and interview. Which include student's views on information technology, the situation of achieve learning objectives and the expectations.Teachers' current situation and reflection in understand, design, formulate and implement three-dimensional instructional objectives of information technology. Find and summarize the general problems when information technology teachers carrying out the three-dimensional instructional objectives. State reasons from teachers'weak target consciousness, non-standard target expression, and lacerate 3d object or attend to one thing and lose another in implement. The author present several suggestions through combining with teachers and students' feedback, concluding improve teachers' own information literacy, establish the correct teaching concept, strengthen the recognition of 3d object's integration, clarify the relationship between them, grasp the key points to design instructional objectives, regulate the express teaching goal, analyze concretely in the teachers' teaching practice. The author hopes this thesis can provide some theoretical and practical guidance, which can help information technology teachers to achieve three-dimensional instructional objectives in teaching practice better.
