Physical Health And Optimization Studies Of Middle School Students In Ningbo

With the aim of promoting the implementation of student physical health test, this research investigates on the current situation of middle school students’ physical health test in Ningbo city, adopting the methods of questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics and so on. The research has many findings: as a whole, middle school students in Ningbo don’t have a high cognitive level, strong initiatives in participation; they don’t attach importance to the physical health test, some even with a negative attitude, nor do they agree with the results of the test; burden of middle school students at the special stage of learning becomes the primary obstacle, while there is a significant gender difference on the part of physical exercise, and some students have no exercise at all; the Department of Education does not pay sufficient attention and its regulation is loose; parents or relatives’ concern on physical health test varies; as the main channel of physical health test related information, the school attaches insufficient importance to the test, has inadequate propaganda and lacks various forms of organization; physical health test draws time from PE teaching time and the teaching only limits to items within the test; teachers care more about the test data to report rather than the result; the feedback form the exercise prescription is extremely scarce.According to the results, many problems exist in the physical health test status quo in Ningbo. Therefore the author puts forward the following measures: 1, optimize the process of the targeted physical health test. Education departments should strengthen their efforts in the publicity of physical health test and education, clarify the responsibilities of each management department, enhance staff training for physical health test, build a family-school-society integrated system of physical health education, under the premise of t national rules and regulations as schools make perfect the rules and regulations of the appropriate physical health test and strengthen the supervision and verification of development, innovation and efficiency. 2, optimize the results of physical health test. To build a platform for online services focused on physical health test, to strengthen the study and implementation of exercise prescription, to strengthen the authority of physical health test, and to arrange physical vulnerable groups for physical exercise.
