Competitive Aerobics Movement Difficulties Variation

Difficult movement is the core factor of aerobic gymnastics. With increasing international competition,clearing the development trend of difficulty and maximizing the value of the difficulty of the movement are the keys to beyond the current level of athletes. Based on the 2005,2009 and 2013 versions of rules evolution,this paper used documents,video observation,and expert interview methods to analyze locates of the elements of the 10 th,11th and 12 th World Championships final which held in 2008,2010 and 2014. We hope this study can grasp the international development trend of the difficult moves objectively and accurately,maintain the existing or potential competitive advantage homeostasis and provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the movement training. The results of the research show that reasonable selection and stable execution of high score difficult movements are the mainstream and important direction. The tactical choreography which plays trace effect and specialty effect of athletes is the important safeguard of difficult movements. Perfect implementation of winning factors,including difficult,stable,new and artistic,is the main trend of difficulty competition.Research shows that:1. Look from the chosen for difficulty score distribution,0.3 the following little difficulty movement use frequency, the difficulty of selecting action points mainly concentrated in the 0.5 ~ 0.5,and the selection of difficulty movement score has a rising trend.2. From the chosen for difficulty movement group distribution of macro point of view,all items in the group C match the selected number is more, choose A, B, C, D group the number of difficulty tends to 2-2-6-2.3 From the difficulty of complete quality analysis,three men and men’s singles of the completion rate is higher,the women’s singles and the difficulty of the six people hold action completion is generally low.4. The difficulty action choreography value statistics shows that China’s advantage projects, selected difficulty generally larger,usually is more than 0.6 points. Women’s singles,mixed doubles generally choose the difficulty is low, it is not difficult to find that, our country women’s strength and explosive force is relatively weak.
