The level of information in today’s society is becoming increasingly popular, the education sector has also been subject to the environmental impact of information technology. IT has changed the social aspects, but in education has not been able to achieve a major breakthrough. In this paper, the researchers from the various studies of information technology and curriculum integration start, find out the traditional teaching of information technology in the use of the drawbacks to find a new breakthrough. Combination of information technology and curriculum integration theory in high school physics teaching using MATLAB to do something new to try.In the extensive literature review on the basis of the principles I propose to implement a set of MATLAB use in high school physics. Select two parallel classes, one class for implementation of the pilot program, in addition to still practice traditional teaching a class to the class as a control. Choose to use MATLAB in teaching content, good writing MATLAB code and corresponding instructional design. Then implement these courses in experimental classes designed to measure the ultimate effectiveness of teaching.By the final measurement results, the present study found that low-grouping and the grouping of students will have a significant effect, while the high grouping students no effect. In addition, it can improve student learning enthusiasm and expressive images.
