Investigation And Analysis On The Professional Competence Of Core PE Teachers In The National Culture Program

In this study, according to the Ministry of Education promugated in 2012, the primary s chool "teacher professional standards" and previous research on teachers’specialization, Professional competence developed the"importance of primary and secondary school PE teachers’ability questionnaire" and "PE Teachers professional competence questionnaire ";.And according to the questionnaire, Fujian Normal University Sport Science Academy hosted the" national training program "in 2013,to survey of 87 PE backbone teacher.Acco rding to the survey results of different gender, different seniority, different professional tit le of PE backbone teacher in professional ability of basic statistical description.Comparati ve analysis, Correlation analysis,,IPA analysis and cross-table analysis.This study selecte d part of the backbone of teachers were interviewed to explore their professional capacity growth path and its influencing factors.The study found that:in terms of professional, competence,sports teaching ability is most important. But the actual situation is unsatisfa ctory. The correlation between the importance and actual have no obvious correlation.Wh en making IPA analysis, we draw a conclusion that the ability of teaching design and teac hing assessment ability are two professional ability, needing to improve most.When mak ing crossbars analysis,we found that there are little difference in teachers’ professional ab ility about seniority factor and titles factor, and the correlation is not obvious.
