Objectives: This paper by monitoring the blood physiological index and the national team of five female athletes in LoHi before training, analysis and discussion in the hypoxic environment of five female athletes physiological stimuli, and adapt to the rules generated by the reaction characteristics, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the modern five women athletes aerobic exercise capacity. Methods: in our country’s modern five team 8 major athlete as the object of study, of which 5 were international master athletes, 3 people. Experiments were carried out in Beijing Sport University Research Center laboratory test athletes living in hypoxia, normoxia, hypoxia training, a total of three weeks. Exposure to hypoxia environment by the oxygen concentration of 15.8%(equivalent to an altitude of 2500 meters height). Two per week, Thursday, Saturday afternoon hypoxia training, every 60-90 minutes(15.8%O2 oxygen concentration, 80%VO2max intensity treadmill training). Sports, athletes’ pulse oxygen saturation, heart rate, through the individual SPO2 control athletes running speed, so that the body of the SPO2 is maintained at 85%-90%; rate control in 55-60 / min, the rest of the time and trained in normoxia. Every Monday morning blood indexes(RBC, Hb, Hct), fasting venous blood samples were detected, the warehouse after detecting a week. In order to minimize the error, each time the tests were performed with a group of testers, test before and after the training were deployed by the same coaches. Results: compared with the basic test before training, 3 weeks after hypoxic training, a week after the five women athletes hemoglobin before the training and the end of the training, test values were(146.50 + 12.25 + 15.71 g/dl; 153.25 g/dl), the lowest in third weeks(143.20 + 11.54g/dl, P<0.01) a downward trend after rising. Hematocrit and red blood cell count values were(0.402%, 4.67 + 0.48(1012/L)), the first week was slightly decreased, but in normal range; the maximal oxygen uptake, oxygen saturation and heart rate changes have a small change in the early Lohi training. A week after the end of the tracking and monitoring of LoHi, Hb was significantly higher than that before the training, with a significant difference(153.25 + 19.71g/dl(P<0.05)), RBC was higher than that before the training, with a significant difference between the 4.79 + 0.42/1012/L(P<0.05)), HCT was higher than that before the training, with a very significant difference(0.424 + 0.034/%),(P<0.01)), Vo2 max was higher than that before the training, with a significant difference(63.25 + 5.1 ml/kg,(P<0.05)), blood oxygen saturation and heart rate has increased, but the increase is not obvious, and the foundation of basic training before test at.Conclusion: 1. 3 weeks of LoHi training measured red cell count, hemoglobin and hematocrit values compared with significant difference before the experiment and basic value, fully embodies the obvious significance of LoHi training on athletes body function regulation.2. 3 weeks of LoHi training measured physiological indicators before and after the basic value compared with significant difference, and the fluctuation range is large but were within the normal range, the index shows that there are obvious individual differences between high level athletes, athletes can quickly adapt to the moving loadEffect of LoHi 3. 3 week the National Women’s modern five athletes blood physiological indexes and reflect this phenomenon increased in LoHi after training, LoHi training that the stimulation to the athletes, sufficient and appropriate to enhance athletes aerobic capacity.
