Research purpose: This study through 40 minutes the same speed(5.5 km/h) the level of fast walking and jogging exercise in the movement process, the methods of muscle oxygen content and surface electromyography IEMG of real‐time changes characteristic, and the way the two different fitness movement in the process of the changing rule, study the effects of two different exercise on muscle activity, to choose appropriate fitness crowd to provide theoretical basis for the exercise.Research methods: the subjects were 10 students of Shandong Sports Institute, the average age of adult women was 24.5 ± 0.85 years. The effect of two physical exercise methods on muscle activity during the process of walking and jogging was studied by using the method of combining muscle oxygen content and surface electromyography. In this experiment, two fitness methods(walking and jogging) were the variables, and the subjects were completed 40 minutes on the horizontal treadmill. During movement collecting muscle oxygen content from the vastus lateralis muscle of left leg and electrical signals from the biceps femoris muscle, the vastus lateralis muscle and gastrocnemius muscle –lateral of right leg, the real‐time synchronous measurement.Research results:(1) in 40 minutes level walk and horizontal jogging process. In the former two kinds of movement of skeletal muscle oxygen content showed decreased first and then increased; with movement time of sustained, muscle oxygen content in level walking sport maintain at a certain level, without changing significantly in the whole movement process; level jogging exercise the muscle oxygen content is maintained at a certain level, but as a result of jogging movement affected by vibration, jogging muscle oxygen content variation is relatively large. And the muscle oxygen content of the horizontal walking during exercise is higher than the muscle oxygen content of the horizontal jogging. The content of muscle oxygen in horizontal walking and jogging has a very significant difference(P<0.01).(2) in 40 minutes level walk and horizontal jogging process. Level walking lower limbs biceps femoris muscle, the vastus lateralis muscle and gastrocnemius muscle –lateral IEMG values were less than horizontal jogging. The total IEMG level of the walking level is less than the horizontaljogging. At the level of brisk walking of IEMG values is gastrocnemius muscle –lateral> biceps femoris muscle>the vastus lateralis muscle. At the horizontal jogging of IEMG values is gastrocnemius muscle –lateral> the vastus lateralis muscle >biceps femoris muscle. The two kinds of movement i EMG values for biceps femoris have no significant difference(P > 0.05), vastus lateralis muscle and gastrocnemius lateralis are very significant difference(P< 0.01) and level walking and jogging total i EMG values are very significant difference(P < 0.01).(3) 40 minutes at the same speed, level of brisk walking and jogging heart rate decreased with the prolonging of time to exercise, heart rate little by little increased, and then remained at a certain level, but level jogging heart rate was significantly higher than level of brisk walking of heart rate level. In the 5 minutes level of brisk walking and level jogging were in a very significant difference(P < 0.01). In the 15, 20, 25, 35 minutes level of brisk walking and level jogging showed significant difference(P< 0.05). The 30 minutes and 40 minutes were not significant difference(P > 0.05).(4) 40 minutes at the same speed, level of brisk walking and jogging subjective feeling of fatigue level have its own characteristics, level of brisk walking and jogging subjective feeling of fatigue level show overall upward trend, and with the extension of time, subjective feeling of fatigue level numerical value is greater, jogging for each measurement point subjective feeling of fatigue degree were greater than the level of brisk walking, two kinds of fitness of level of brisk walking and jogging the subjective feeling of fatigue degree in the 35 minutes and 40 minutes have very significant difference(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:(1) 40 minutes at the same speed, during two fitness movement of level of brisk walking and jogging, the muscle oxygen content at the beginning of the movement decline rapidly; With the extension of time, the muscle oxygen content increased gradually and maintain at a certain level. Level of brisk walking has small variations in the muscle oxygen content, and in the level of jogging, muscle oxygen content has fast changed than brisk walking, the muscle oxygen content in the process is low than brisk walking.(2) 40 minutes at the same speed, level of brisk walking and jogging movement process, the level of brisk walking low limibs gastrocnemius muscle –lateral, biceps femoris muscle, the vastus lateralis muscle IEMG values is smaller thanjogging; the level of brisk walking total i EMG values is smaller than jogging; the level of brisk walking in the i EMG value order from high to low is the gastrocnemius muscle –lateral> biceps femoris muscle> the vastus lateralis muscle, the level of jogging in the i EMG value order from high to low is the gastrocnemius muscle –lateral> the vastus lateralis muscle> biceps femoris muscle.(3) 40 minutes at the same speed, level of brisk walking and jogging movement process, level of brisk walking heart rate index is significantly lower than that of the horizontal jogging.(4) 40 minutes at the same speed, level of brisk walking and jogging movement process, level of brisk walking subjective feeling of fatigue level for each 5 minutes is obviously less than that of the horizontal jogging.
