| The influence on the index of body quality of college students by the tennis movement as the research object, by using the method of literature, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, data statistics method, logical analysis, before and after the college students to participate in tennis elective course, testing physical quality index are tested and analyzed before and after the experiment, analysis of the changes of indexes, obtains the intervention effect of tennis sports on College Students’ physique; and through a questionnaire survey to understand the influence of tennis on the college students’ sports exercise habit, understand its influence factors, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the future through, in Tennis Elective form to improve the students’ physical quality and provide a theoretical basis.This study takes 400 college students of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College as the subjects, the experimental group and the control group of each 200 people, the control group is a term to indoor theory course learning based class, the class according to their own conditions, voluntary participation in sports. The experimental group is a term in tennis elective course learning class, the class can also be according to their own situation, the voluntary participation in sports. Before and after the experiment, the same staff, the same instrument for detecting indexes, and the height, weight, vital capacity, standing long jump, sit ups(female), chin up(male), body anteflexion in sitting position, the 50 meter run, run 800 meters(female) and 1000 m(male) and other data collection statistics, to make the analysis and summary of results. After the end of the experiment, the analysis of the experimental group and the control group students questionnaire, collecting the questionnaire, statistics, summed up the impact of tennis sport on college students sports exercise habit.According to the experiment result, the tennis movement has a certain influence on the body shape of college students: the height is concerned have little effect, effective on body weight, weight control, but in the amount of exercise, exercise cycle short case is difficult to play the effect of weight loss. Influence of tennis exercise on body function: for the heart and lung function, can improve the boys vital capacity, vital capacity to maintain the girls. Influence of tennis on the body to produce quality: can improve the male upper body strength, impact on girls’ upper limb strength is not obvious; enhance the function of great endurance, boys than girls on the role; the speed quality significantly improved, on the development of students’ flexibility effect is not too obvious. Influence of tennis exercise on College Students Sports Habits: in the analysis of the results of research can clearly found, the experimental group students in the practice of tennis, the interest in sports has increased significantly, to participate in various sports relatively many times, sports has become more active. |
