The core of learning language is to enable learners to communicate with others by using exact words and expressions, cultivate their speaking skills and ability as well as develop creative and critical thinking. Every student who learns English wishes to speak frequently, however, the current English teaching modes have focused on developing reading skills and vocabulary memorizing, which made many students’speaking ability blank. Dynamics teaching mode, based on group activity, aims to stimulate students’ interest and develop harmonious relationship between teacher and students, and among students. In this teaching mode, the psychological barriers in the course of language output, such as fear and shyness, could be overcome and everyone is willing to participate in teaching activities. So the dynamic mode for speaking teaching may, in a sense, solve the problem of "dumb English".The dynamic teaching method in this thesis is based on four correlative theories: cooperation, constructivism, the communicative approach and interactive theory. On the basis of it, The DYNAMICS teaching mode is put forward, which respectively refers to Distribution, Yearning, Norms, Accessibility, Matter, Investigation, Cohesiveness, Show. In the experimental study, two classes in high Grade One in Hua Qiao Middle School in Fuzhou are taken as the subjects. One is instructed in DYNAMICS teaching method, while the other is instructed in the traditional teaching method. Questionnaires, oral tests and interviews are adopted to collect the statistics which are then analyzed by SPSS19.0.The finding is that this mode could arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning and speaking, and change their learning attitude for the better, and make them more willing and active to take part in speaking activities.
