Study Of Situations,Problems And Countermeasures On Campus Security Management In Secondary Vocational School

The campus security management plays a very important role in the teaching and management in vocational school. At present, the campus security management in secondary vocational schools develops very well, however, it is still facing the complex and diverse environment. This paper conducted a sample survey of the campus security management in secondary vocational school, based on the present situation and combined with the theory of the campus security management to discuss the ways to strengthen the construction of the campus security management in secondary vocational schools.In the literature review, the paper carries on the historical review on the campus security management in secondary vocational schools. In the first part, the paper discusses the theory of the current campus security management, explains the basic concepts, and analyzes the need to strengthen the campus security management in secondary vocational schools of Fujian.In the second part, the paper treats the campus security management situation in X-Secondary Vocational School as a case to study the situation of the campus security management in it by questionnaires, interviews and other forms.In the third part, the paper has a detailed analysis of the issues of the campus security management in secondary vocational schools. The issues include that team building of the campus security management needs to be improved, systems of the campus security management are not perfect, forms of the campus security education and security training are so simple, facilities for the campus security are inadequate, information of campus security exchanges badly and the internal and external environment is so complex.In the last part, the paper proposes some suggestions to improve the campus security management in secondary vocational schools. We can improve the campus security management by strengthening the team building of the campus security management, improving the management system and the early warning mechanism in the campus security management, training for improving the safety awareness of teachers and students, improving the construction of facilities for the campus security, strengthening the platform of the campus security management,modifying the internal and external environment in secondary vocational schools.
