This article USES the literature material method, field survey method, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, data analysis, logic analysis of current situation of special schools in fuzhou badminton investigation and analysis, and the results are, based on this, advances some feasible countermeasures and Suggestions.The results showed that:1) mainly distributed in the badminton features of fuzhou school are all in focus, cangshan district, gulou, says ha tae-keung area, city in economy, traffic developed area, jinan district, mawei district, fuzhou eight counties have no badminton characteristic distribution of the school.2) coaches team degree is low, and no teacher in titles rated as super teachers, jiangnan water, elementary school coach because of them are young teachers, in the aspect of professional titles and more room to improve.3) the cause of the coaches can’t participate in job training mainly schools without special training funds, teaching class hour quantity is too large, the number of coaches to participate in job training.4) fuzhou badminton characteristic school students badminton participation rate is not high, the low penetration rate, without sound health supervision system, in the aspect of material lack of scientific nature.5) training budget is mainly used in led the allowance of the coaches, training ball, student rewards and clothing, nutrition, and the main source of school training funds rely on sports bureau, the bureau of education, school education funds. Sources of funds is too single.6) learn the contradictions still is a problem that cannot be ignored, in the face of contradictions between learning school did not take corresponding measures. Coaches scientific research enthusiasm, think to the idea of professional evaluation to publish papers still exists, the lack of incentive measures.7) badminton training parents to bring some problems, for their kids to learn a lot, on the other hand, worried that affect learning, children when children are involved in training under the high strength load body can’t stand it, and get into the habit of naughty.Based on this, this study put forward some feasible countermeasures and Suggestions, hoping to get the attention of lead and coach, prompting badminton feature school more times and sustainable development.
