With the advent of knowledge economy, college students has become an important talent reserves for future development of enterprises. Enrollment in Colleges and universities so that the dramatic increase in the number of university graduates, and because the domestic education training mechanism is not perfect, produce structural contradictions, resulting in imbalance of supply and demand of social labor. The contradiction between the enterprise of professional talent gap is big and the difficult employment of college students has been increasing. At the same time, college students of large-scale non-public enterprises training, performance, promotion, welfare and the expected value does not match the dissatisfaction, therefore, rupture caused by both of the psychological contract, leading to the emergence of college students frequent job hopping, large-scale non-public enterprises retained students difficult embarrassing situation.The home appliance industry as an example, the main highlight the present situation of China’s large-scale non-public enterprises it is difficult for the graduates to retain, and comes to the conclusion that the reasons and deficiencies of the existing problems, mainly for non-public enterprises do not pay enough attention to college students. Through to the domestic and foreign research results and successful enterprises in dealing with problems of retained students cultivation mode and characteristics of the analysis to explain these enterprises on College Students’ training the common characteristics of successful experience is what, these rules is how to alleviate and even solve the non-public enterprises retained students to experience, and learn from their good practice countermeasures study, puts forward measures to crack.
