Investment in education has become a hot investment of urban residents in china. Along with the education investment has increased year by year, many families began to concern and discussion of family education investment, Based on the study of wuhan education investment is of far-reaching significance. Throughout, however, the current existing theoretical results and research progress, most scholars in the study of this problem, the paper analyzes the causes of problems and relevant countermeasures are lack of profundity, thinking is not enough comprehensive to individual problems, most is given priority to with theoretical analysis. This paper uses the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined, through the method of questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis method and comparison method, through a questionnaire survey of issues related to the Wuhan urban residents of investment in education, based on the survey data of urban residents on the Wuhan City investing in their children’s education purpose, intention the family education expenditure, to study many aspects of the level of family education, family education expenditure burden rate and influencing factors. The study found that, there is a non rational behavior, family education investment, education investment in Wuhan urban residents family education investment structure imbalance, investment in education by social stratification which exacerbated the crisis of education fairness.Empirical analysis performed for the above problem, the analysis phase of investment in education in the problems of urban residents appear, come home to the education of urban guide rational investment recommendations for the Government put forward the corresponding solutions. On the one hand should improve the educational philosophy, standardize the education market, the correct behavior to guide investment in education. On the other hand should increase investment in education, emphasis on household income gap and promote educational equity.
