With the rapid development of information technology, the education concept, teaching mode, teaching methods and means are going through tremendous changes in education domain, colleges and universities are launching a full range of digital construction. Although the expansion of college enrollment is increasing, the internal management methods and teaching methods of vocational school are still relatively lagging, the problem of vocational school’s digital management level and teaching mode is more and more obvious. Thus, the construction and application of digital campus, which is focused on informatization construction and setup of teaching management platform, is becoming an urgent request for the modernization and digitization of vocational school. This paper tries to analysis the applying effects of teaching management platform through it’s construction and application among vocational schools, meanwhile, I put forward some improving strategies for the existing problems so as to further improve the applying effects of this platform.In this paper, i adopt the method of text and content analysis through studying papers to tease the current situation of the construction of teaching management platform among vocational schools at home and abroad and the related theory of teaching management. Combining theory research and practice, it introduces the concept of office management in teaching platform, and it also establishes the teaching management platform, highlights the characteristics of vocational schools education, realizes the digitization from the environment, resources to the application, improves the efficiency and level of teaching management in vocational school. By selecting four vocational secondary schools in Shanghai as the research objects to study the specific applying effects. Using methods such as questionnaires, interviews,and education experiment to compare the research before and after the usage of the platform. The questionnaire formulated strictly in accordance with the procedures in order to meet the basic requirements of the questionnaire validity and credibility. I use tools like SPSS and Excel to analysis. According to the actual conditions of the research situation and the interview feedback from teachers and students, the applying effect in the teaching and management of the platform have been achieved. We can evaluate the applying effects of this platform, and obtain the factors that are influencing the applying effects of this platform through combining practical applying experience of teachers and students. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of improving applying effects of this platform.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1. Analyzing and studying the current status and trend of digital campus teaching management platform among vocational schools at home and abroad. Expounding the purpose and significance of this research. Establishing, applying and analyzing the platform based on part-learning theory, teaching interaction, knowledge management and the theory of individualized teaching and management;2. Investigating and analyzing the needs of vocational school teaching management platform, and according to the different needs of the vocational school, I participated in the construction of digital campus teaching management platform which has the characteristics of vocational schools.3. Using different samples, designing questionnaire according to the different object, a full range of research of applying effects of this platform can be launched through questionnaire and interview.4. According to the survey, interviews and other feedback information, analyzing the applying effects before and after the usage of teaching management platform, the factors are influencing the applying effects of this platform can be concluded, thus, putting forward strategies and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of teaching management platform.Research shows that the construction and applying of the teaching management platform has been successful in the digital construction of vocational schools. But, due to the applying level of the platform among vocational schools is uneven, the applying effects of the platform still needs to be improved. This paper puts forward specific improving strategies from different angles, such as the coordinated regional development, the school hardware construction and talent team construction. Specific promotion strategies are proposed according to the requirements of teachers and students, resource construction, curriculum integration and perfecting platform function. Expecting eventually can establish a teaching management platform with characteristics of vocational school which can convenience of teachers teaching management, improve the work efficiency of teachers and the learning efficiency of students, save the school operation cost, standardize the school management, promote the competitiveness of the vocational schools among the same schools.The construction of teaching management platform is a long-term task, it need to improve the applying level and the function of the platform continuously so as to better achieve the popularization and applying in the vocational school, make it better service to vocational education. Thus to be able to provide reference for schools who is planning to build or are building the digital teaching management platform. Through the construction and applying of teaching management platform, we strive to build the secondary vocational school to become a intelligent, digital campus with computer aided teaching, office automation and modernization as a whole, and modern network technology as the core. Finally, promoting the development of informatization of vocational schools.
