Basic education curriculum reform has proceeded more than ten years. Improving the efficiency of classroom teaching has become the focus of attention. High quality,high efficiency of classroom teaching is a kind of idea, and also a kind of pursuit. In the process of classroom teaching, the teacher is a key factor that influences the efficiency of classroom teaching. Whether the teaching is efficient or not has a close relationship with the correct guidance of the teacher in the classroom teaching, so this article is to explore, the effective teaching strategy of teacher from the perspective of teachers.Through the use of effective teaching strategies to promote students’ learning and teachers’ teaching ability, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.The main contents of this paper are: Firstly, the author made the concept of effective teaching, and summarized the characteristics combined with the requirements of the new curriculum, these characteristics will become an important mark to judge whether the teaching is effective or not; Secondly, Based on the author’s practical teaching experience, this article made a summary of existing problems of the rural high school biology teachers made in the classroom instruction and find the main problems are: the lack of teacher’s teaching idea update, the traditional single teaching method,lack of teaching resources integration, etc. Thirdly, To solve these problems, under the guidance of the new curriculum idea, this article began to explore the teachers’ effective classroom teaching strategies, respectively from the teacher’s teaching idea, teaching method, teaching resource utilization. This article did key research in teaching methods,with the deepening of new curriculum reform, cooperative learning, inquiry learning,autonomous learning will become a kind of teaching normalcy, so this paper mainly introduces several methods of teaching applies to students cooperative exploration,including debate teaching method, role playing teaching method, songs teaching method,knowledge-tree teaching method, model teaching method, transposition teaching method, and respective introduces applicative content for these teaching methods and precautions for use. In addition, this article put forward the corresponding strategy onthe aspect of the integration of teaching resources, including making good use of textbook resources, using opportunely interdisciplinary resources, the teachers resources,classroom dynamically generated resources and making full use of rural natural resources advantage, etc. this paper puts forward the tactics of some auxiliary teaching skills. Finally, In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategies, the author makes a practical research on effective teaching by case analysis and classroom observation.Through the research and Practice, the author found that the use of these strategies can effectively improve students’ interest in learning, stimulate the enthusiasm of the students, let the students learn in a pleasant atmosphere, easy to master the knowledgeand can get all kinds of exercise capacity at the same time, and also helps to improve the teachers’ teaching skills, which are fully consistent with the effective teaching performance. Thus the conclusions in this paper are: first, the proposed strategy is the effective teaching strategy; second, the application of effective teaching strategy can promote learning and development of students; third, the application of effective teaching strategies can promote the professional development of teachers.Effective teaching is a systematic project, many factors restrict the development of effective teaching in the actual teaching process, we can not control others, but we can make our greatest efforts to make our own teaching efficient by relevant research and explore according to our own actual teaching, this also is the biggest purpose of this article.
