Since Shulman proposed pedagogical content knowledge (PCK),PCK has become a new hot spot in world teachers’knowledge studying.And the study has also become the key driving factor in promoting effective teaching and teachers’professionalism growth. In Secondary School Teachers Professional Standards promulgated in China on 2012,it explicated shows the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) as an important basis for secondary school teachers’ training, access, training, and evaluation.Chemical normal students,as an important force in chemical education in the future,their development of PCK will have a major impact in the quality of chemical educationin the future.So studying their PCK and related issues has important practical significance.However, data shows that the study about PCK of chemical normal students is insufficientSo in this study,first by literature research and theoretical approach to analysis the concept,content,structure and function of PCK.Combining chemistry characteristics and normal students’characteristics,discuss the characteristics of PCK of chemical normal students and the effect factors in its conformation process.Then by interview and survey to know the opinions about chemiscal education specialist, high school chemistry special grade teachersjhigh school chemistry teaching and research staff,new high school chemistry teachers and chemical normal students.At last determine the connotation features,constituent elements and its connotation, behavior and learning objectives.Chemistry Pedagogy is a required cours for chemical normal students.lt has an irreplaceable role in training PCK of chemical normal students.So this study put forward four teaching strategies based on Chemistry Pedagogy to training PCK of chemical normal students:core knowledge value judgments and scheduling system analysis strategies,learning situation analysis strategies,teaching knowledge case study strategies and task-driven culture transformed teaching skills strategies.And track study altogether 95 students of 2011 and 2012 chemical normal discipline in Yangzhou Univercity from March 2014 to April 2015.The study results are:First,PCK is not only the integral body of Subject knowledge, students’ knowledge and teaching knowledge,but also the teaching skills in switching subject content into representation.This switching skills,dependent on a combination of knowledge and context and having practical feature,can really help students understand specific subject contents and achieve certain teaching objectives.Second,teaching strategies in this study can effectively promote the understanding and structured of chemical normal students,but the contextual knowledge is also insufficient.Third,teaching strategies in this study can promote the understanding in course content and arrangement system for chemical normal students,but the cognitive is still need to be broadened.Fourth,teaching strategies in this study can effectively promote the interest in learning and perception to students’ knowledge for chemical normal students,but their application abilities need to be improved.Fifth,teaching strategies in this study can effectively promote the development of teaching knowledge and switching skills for chemical normal students.
