In contemporary China, due to the problem of education between parents conflict phenomenon has common occurance,and it’s almost became every patent’s obligatory.For these conflicts in family education, a deep understanding and analysis and give some advices to deal with conflict is particularly important.So it’s the research subject for this study.On the basis of conflict theory, this study mainly adopts qualitative research methods, through the observation, interview and physical analysis for data collection and analysis.Selection of zhengzhou city, henan province, the different types of two families, parents and two children, a total of 6 for half a year’s field observation.Through the study of the collection and analysis of the resulting data concluded:First, parents in the family education between conflict reason is various, both under the influence of traditional culture and family resource allocation, but also affected by individual differences, family communication way and the way of words and deeds.Then, the conflict of education in accordance with the extent of system can be divided into generational conflicts between parents and peers, from the form can be divided into open conflict and hidden conflict, from the degree can be divided into intense conflicts and mild.Again, the conflict itself as an objective phenomenon, there is no good or bad, and family members for their guidance and transformation makes the positive or negative impact on children’s development. And determine the nature of the conflict factors include attitude on both sides of the conflict, the regulation of the third party and integration, the frequency and amplitude of conflict.Finally, combining the above analysis, the researchers put forward in the face of the education of the family conflict, set up the correct view of conflict, the running-in together and learn from each other, reasonable power with the help of a third party, maintain the consistency of family education, to carry out intervention study for children cope with the conflict and the instruction of advice, hope to be able to provide some reference for the children’s family education practice and reference.
