As the popularization of internet and modern information technology is being carried out in educational teaching, in the mid and late 1990 s, specialists pay great attention to E-learning. They generally believe that E-learning can take full advantage of modern information technology provided by brand-new communication mechanism and learning environment, and realize that this is a new way of learning. However, E-learning has some disadvantages such as the adaptation of learners, the limitation of technology and so on. It is proved that simple application of technology and simple design of technical environment can not improve the quality and efficiency of teaching. Based on this background, B-learning attaches much importance to perfect choice and combines all kinds of technical elements.This research takes two classes in Heda Yikao Arts Training School as the study samples, guided by B-learning to explore the building of teaching environment and teaching design. Through the specific case study and analysis, the author proves the application value of B-learning in English teaching.This thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance of the study; The second chapter explains the present research on B-learning abroad and at home; The third chapter, based on plenty of document literature, illustrates the basic conception of B-learning and its’ theoretical foundations; The fourth chapter is the design of the teaching experiment based on B-learning teaching mode; The fifth chapter analyzes the teaching experiment, and draw conclusions. The sixth chapter raises suggestions of teaching according to the experimental results.After one-term track and experiment, the research has reached expected effect. Practice has proved, B-learning teaching mode has unparalleled advantages over single teaching mode in English grammar teaching. This study plays an important part in enhancing students’ enthusiasm towards learning, improving students’ collecting information ability, and reinforcing students’ cooperative capacity.
