Learning Plan Guiding Mode In The Secondary School English Teaching

The teaching mode "learning plan guided learning" refers to the "learning plan as the carrier, taking the teacher's guiding for method and instruction for the leading, students' autonomous learning as the main body, as well as a kind of teaching mode in which the teachers and students cooperate to complete the teaching and learning tasks. This teaching mode gives the requirement to the teachers not only the person to teach the knowledge, but also the guides, and collaborators of the students. Students are taught to cultivate the ability of self-study, self-study habit, how to learn and how to think in the process of autonomous learning in order to improve their ability to analyze and solve problems. Based on the relevant teaching theories and the teaching practice of English teaching in the middle school, this paper mainly discusses the teaching mode to improve students' ability of autonomous learning, constructs a classroom teaching mode which adapts to the English teaching of "learning plan guided learning" in middle school. This paper studies the English teaching mode of "learning plan guided learning", with "learning plan" instead of the traditional" teaching plan ", advocating "learning before teaching" and "leaner-centered" in order to realize students' autonomous learning by "learning plan " This research employs teaching experiment, questionnaire, interview and individual case studies and has systematically discussed the English teaching mode "learning plan guided learning " in the middle school. There are three major findings:firstly, attention should be paid to students' learning practice, their aptitude targeted. Secondly, the teacher must find out students' subject status and make "teaching" serve "learning".
