At present,with the acceleration of the urban-rural integration process,a large number of migrant workers are employed and moved in economically developed cities and towns.The low level of migrant workers’ culture and lack of employment skills have severely restricted the development of enterprises.The original employment training model for migrant workers in Dongguan has not adapted to the development needs of Dongguan’s manufacturing industry in the new era.It is of urgency and practical significance to reform and innovate the employment training model for migrant workers in Dongguan to improve their employability and employment skills.The thesis is guided by Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,based on the theory of human capital,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,and Marx’s theory of all-round development of human beings.Taking the opportunity of implementing the rural revitalization strategy as an opportunity,comprehensively applies the literature analysis and questionnaires.Survey method to study employment training issues for domestic and foreign migrant workers.First,through the questionnaire survey,to understand the current situation,problems and causes of employment and training of Dongguan’s migrant workers.Secondly,the paper combs and questionnaire survey information to analyze the problems and causes of employment training for migrant workers in Dongguan.Thirdly,from the four dimensions of government,enterprise,society and migrant workers,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of employment training for migrant workers in Dongguan.For the government,it must play a leading role.Strengthen the guidance and co-ordination of migrant workers employment training,improve the policies and regulations of migrant workers employment training,and use the data of migrant workers employment training to create models for evaluating the effects of migrant workers employment training.For enterprises,corporate training must be culturally oriented.Enterprises should establish a new concept of training the employment of migrant workers,embed the employment training of migrant workers into the corporate culture,cultivate the growth of migrant workers,and promote the development of enterprises.For social subjects,it is necessary to actively innovate training models.To promote the diversification of employment training for migrant workers,it is necessary to strengthen the incentive mechanism for employment training of migrant workers,and the training institutions must strengthen the construction of teachers for employment training of migrant workers.For migrant workers themselves,it is necessary to consciously improve the quality of employment.Migrant workers should change their employment concepts,improve their employment skills,and improve their communication skills.Finally,in order to improve the employment training of migrant workers in Dongguan,improve the employability and professional skills of migrant workers,and realize the all-round human development,constructive countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
