In our country, there is a general concept which is "spend money on health".The proportion of consumption in people’s life is larger.What’s more,except for the usual simple thought, more and more people prefer to professional specialty fitness under the club coach’s guidance.Taekwondo movement comes from South Korea, is given priority to in order to fight fighting, its core is to cultivate one’s moral character. Adhere to the manners of "the ceremony begins with courtesyeventually". Taekwondo movement with its dynamic and changeful, fast agile kicks and fashion simple product potential and break performance shows its unique charm. Attracting young and middle-aged teenagers in our country. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 600 national taekwondo trainers,and more than ten thousand taekwondo clubs, also in lanzhou’s fitness market, this has been the impact of the "Korean wave", since gansu province brought in professional taekwondo training in 1996. Taekwondo clubs have sprung up.By the end of the article published before, only three counties and five districts of lanzhou registered in taekwondo association club are more than 100. While huge market rapidly developing, it exposes many problems, especially in the parts of the management and market regulation.This article uses the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, three counties and five districts of lanzhou of 25 taekwondo clubs’ s 30 managers, 70 coaches and 500 students were investigated, respectively extend management personnel questionnaire. Coaches and students questionnaire are a total of 600 questionnaires. Effective rate is reach to 95.8%. Through statistics, we make analysis about taekwondo club management status in lanzhou.It shows the situation of taekwondo club in lanzhou : site on a smaller scale, investment amount is less common, less coaches. Coach status: the coaches are younger, age structure is more reasonable, but the differences between men and women is bigger, most of the boys. Coaches’ s education mostly in the majority with undergraduate and graduate degrees almost none. They are shorter at teaching age, technical level not high, only 35% of the coach for the professional coach, participated in the training of coaches account for only 14% of the survey. Status management: management of 87% of the people engaged in work related to taekwondo, mostly male, age is relatively young.But 53% of the managers did not take part in any relevant management training. Student status: lanzhou taekwondo club students give priority to with teenagers, more than for men, the main motivation is to keep fit, study taekwondo entertainment and self-defense.The proportion of not satisfied with the coach is 33%, shows that the factors affecting the development of lanzhou city taekwondo club include: management system is not standard, charge no unified standard, the level of managers and coaches for improvement, etc.Therefore,if we want taekwondo club in lanzhou to develop healthily, there five points must be done1. People-oriented humanized management. 2. Improve the club management system, strengthen management. 3. Training management advanced management concept. 4. Build up reasonable charging standards. 5. Improve the business level of coaches. So as to promote the sustainable development of the taekwondo club in lanzhou. |
