With the development and progress of The Times, the basic education in our country are also constantly innovation. The implementation of new curriculum reform breaking that teachers as the leading role of the classroom in the traditional model and the teaching way around textbooks in the whole class. "Learning guide" has emerged as a new teaching method. It is a kind of new teaching mode, that is, enclose the carrier of " Learning ", the teachers only play the role of a guide, the students really become the study master, teachers and students together to explore the problem, cooperation and mutual discussion to complete the teaching goal. It return the classroom to the students, solved the problem at the same time to increase the students’ knowledge, improve the ability of students in the learning process, with a silent transforming influence to cultivate students’ emotion, thus fundamentally triggers the desire and interest of the students in learning, from the traditional attitude "want me to learn" translated "I want to learn"."Guide learning" teaching mode is different from other teaching mode, learning case closely combined with learning, learning case guide to learn, guidance learning on the basis of study. Teachers become tutors to students, student is the master of learning. It also turn from the traditional One-way communication which students listen to the teacher tells to a number of communication which contain teachers to students and students to students communication. It make every student learn, arouse the enthusiasm of the students’ learning, greatly stimulated the students’ interest in learning. In addition, the "Guide learning" teaching mode is based on students’ self-study, teachers organize students discussed relevant issues in the study case, for some simple, easy to understand content only by the students’ autonomous learning, guide the student to open discussion on the key points, difficulties and can’t solve problems in teaching, finally reached a consensus. It cultivate the students’ ability of autonomous learning, to maximize the efficiency of classroom teaching. "Guide learning" is not only the teacher’s teaching plan, but aslo students’ learning, students through the preparation before class, the main content of this lesson and knowledge is clear at a glance. Students in the autonomous learning can be according to own actual situation, learning to do the corresponding records and various reminder symbol, so that more targeted in the discussion. When the teachers in the process of writing "Guide learning", they should according to the biological target, content, characteristics and study diligently on the teaching material, choose the appropriate teaching methods, in this process, teachers can get very good development, students can find new problems when in autonomous learning, and also can put forward new thinking, which, in turn, promotes the teacher’s teaching, finally, achieved the effect of teaching and learning.Based on the specific situation of the practice school, according to the education teaching theory, through the research on "Guide learning" teaching model, to the author taught students as the research object, and through understanding the students’ self-study situation, carefully written the "Guide learning" which conform to the students actual situation. With "Guide learning" as the carrier, teachers carefully explain combined with students’ autonomous learning; Combined knowledge, ability with capacity accomplishment for students to the guidance of independently explore and active learning, carried out for a half year biology teaching practice of junior high school. The research results show that the implementation of "Guide learning" teaching mode, effectively play the leading role of teachers, highlights the dominant position of students. It cultivate the good study habits and the ability of autonomous learning of students, also stimulate the students’ interest in learning. So, students’ grades have greatly improved. With the concept of new curriculum reform, the second high school in bayinnaoer city of Inner Mongolia having increasingly strives for perfection on "Guide learning" study, from its huge potential, provide a reference for the overall development of the education teaching in bayinnaoer city. At the same time, author also hope that the implementation of this topic research can build an effective way to biological efficient classroom.
