The Investigation On Career Planning Education Practice Of Xinjiang Minority College Students

In recent years, the difficult employment of college students has become a social issue, especially the minority college students employment problem is more serious. Colleges and universities in minority nationality regions of talent cultivation is also facing greater challenges. So it is very important for college students career planning and employment guidance education is. This research takes Xinjiang Agricultural University to carry out career planning education practice as the object of study, using the research methods of questionnaire and individual case interview combined together, with minority students as survey objects, survey of career planning education of Xinjiang Agricultural University to carry out the content, method, effect lights, analyzing the factors which influence the effect of career planning education practice the education of career planning, and puts forward the optimization effect of practice thinking, in order to improve the employment rate of university students of ethnic minority.
