Objective:To study the higher vocational college of xinjiang medical university minority rural doctors class of students’ career planning status, help to explore a suitable for China’s national conditions and situation and policy environment background of xinjiang minority nationalities in xinjiang rural doctors education training long-term mechanism, to ensure health of healthy and sustainable development in xinjiang. Methods:this study aimed at 508 students in higher vocational college of xinjiang medical university minority rural doctors class student to carry on the questionnaire survey, case interview, including career options, employment expectation and employment mentality, career planning guidance, in the learning process, and the survey results for statistical analysis.Analysis of recycling effective questionnaire.Results:1 choice 318 rural doctors professional students, accounted for 44%, affected by the parents of 255, accounting for 35%, affected by the teachers and students is 105, accounting for 15%.In the professional choice, is plural.Study aim is in the top three services for farmers and herdsmen home (44%), economic reasons (20%), employment has security (16%).2 back to grass-roots work attitude and choice, but don’t want to go back,113 students, 26%;Students choose don’t agree with, also don’t want to go back seven, accounting for 1%. After termination of service,64% of the students hope to continue to study,12% to other hospitals, only 19% of students choose to stay on signing the hospital.Influence factors to the grass-roots work:57% students there is concern about the outlook for the future development,15% of students worry to work and poor areas at the grass-roots level, the local rural living conditions,8% of the students think first-line treatment is poor,8% of the students of national preferential policies to carry out the lack of confidence.3 students reaction to remember things more accounted for 39%;Think it’s difficult to classroom content digestion (30%);Think oneself self-consciousness is not high, learning ability is low (19%).51% of the students think need to adjust the course.Doctor students career guidance, career counseling, from many aspects:select students from employment guidance staff 261, accounting for 32%;Select students from professional teachers,193, accounting for 24%; Students choose the school counselors from 124, accounting for 15%;Select students from friends and relatives of 99, accounting for 12%, choose 110 students from alumni, accounting for 13%. Students hope schools offer career guidance: choose to provide employment information of students accounted for 32%;Choice of career planning students accounted for 17%;Choose a job interview skills students accounted for 35%;Choose the employment situation and policy guidance students accounted for 16%.Conclusion:minority rural doctors class of xinjiang medical university students’ career planning situation is not optimistic, and found that the current rural doctors ethnic students in their choice of diversification, professional talent cultivation development prospect remains to be perfect, lack of professional career planning guidance.These all affect the rural doctors nationality students deal execution rate, career choices in the future, the development orientation.Countermeasures:set up the correct values, view, greatly;Government spending, and constantly improve the environment and improve the treatment.Perfect talent training system, strengthen the continuing medical education. And improve the mechanism of career planning education.
