Special education school is founded by the government, mainly for enterprises or organizations, social groups or individual citizens in accordance with the relevant laws of the disabled children, teenagers and other compulsory education institutions, is for deaf children, suffered from mental disorders and other symptoms of special education school children. The purpose and task of the special education school is able to maximize the satisfaction of students to adapt to the basic requirements of the society and meet the special needs of children required for basic education. To develop and they have the potential to grow, so that their knowledge, skills, personality, can increase to improve the social adaptation ability to strengthen, soon to become able to realize their own value of a healthy, even in the act of social people.Sports can not only enhance the physical health, enhance physical fitness, but also can relax, adjust state of mind, edify sentiment, make human body physiology and psychology are the best condition of health. Special education school students are in the all-round development of an extremely important period, this period is the important aspects of development gradually into the decision during the period of mature and stable, in this important period, through physical activity can promote and improve the special education and comprehensive development of psychological and physiological school students, but also greatly special education schools improve student’s social adaptation ability. To sum up, sports has important practical significance to the special education school student social adaptation ability of improving effects on.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and the effective combination of sports activities and the ability of social adaptation and other relevant theories, to participate in sports activities from the special education school students of different load, frequency, form, project and other basic situation of sports activities, and the relationship between social adaptation ability, the ability to adapt to the effects of physical activity and improve the effect and influence on special education school students in analyzing and understanding the society and put forward relevant through sports activities to improve special education suggestions and Countermeasures to adapt to school students social ability.The results are as follows:1.The development of special education school students’ social adaptability are no significant gender differences, but there are characteristics of age, older students, ability of social adaptation is higher than that of young students.2.Special education school student’s social adaptation ability and the risk of significant differences existed between the degree of symptom, symptom in mild to moderate degree level students, the ability of social adaptation level is higher; symptoms in severe degree level students, the ability of social adaptation level is relatively low.3.There are significant differences between different schools of special education students to participate in sports activities and social adaptation ability of frequency, frequency of participation in sports activities is higher, the ability of social adaptation is higher, that often participate in sports activities can improve the students’ ability of social adaptation.4.There are significant differences between different schools of special education students to participate in social sports load and the ability to adapt to the training load, sports activities, to improve the ability to adapt to the more obvious effect in students society.5.There was significant difference between the different special education school students participate in sports activities form and ability of social adaptation, group sports activities on student social adaptation ability raise more obvious effect.
