Research Yanji City Left Behind Youth’s Criminal Justice Processing During Related Rights Protection Problem

The problem of Left Yanji City juvenile delinquency has become widespread attention so far and one of the major social issues facing. Advocating the construction of Socialist harmonious society in China, in the common development of material civilization and spiritual civilization of today, juvenile crime is our major topics to be addressed. At present China’s left-behind youth rights protection mechanisms are not perfect, and without any reasonable remedies, can easily lead to adolescent left behind on the road to crime. In the context of the comprehensive management of public security, youth problems left behind, only strategies for crime prevention, and effective protection of their basic rights is the ultimate solution for the cure. However, with the development and reform of the system, and correction of juvenile delinquency is not confined to the full-time staff of the judiciary, judicial social work interventions also has injected fresh blood into the judicial system. This professional social forces involved, for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, reduced risk of recidivism, help reintegration of adolescents and to increase community tolerance plays an important role. Using methods such as interviews, observation, documents were studied. Firstly, from the perspective of judicial work, combined with professional social work theory, Yanji City, through causes of juvenile delinquency, crime and the juvenile justice system of the necessity of seeking judicial intervention in social work of juvenile delinquency. Secondly, through the judicial function and scope of the probe and the case study of social work, to elaborate on how justice social work involved in juvenile delinquency, lack of work and reflect on ways and means and needs to pay attention to the problem, at some deep level mining the reasons for youth rights abuses, from the perspective of development issues. Third, comparative analysis on juvenile delinquency cases abroad, abroad research status, looking for the left behind youth rights protection issues related to criminal justice processing of enlightenment. Finally, the analysis of judicial protection of youth left behind in dealing with rights in China’s development prospects and the measures to solve the problem.
