In recent years, the social background of university graduates’ difficult employment has sparked people think about the question that the evaluation of the quality of higher education should belong to whom. Employers as the recipients and users of the graduates, their evaluation of college graduates are the touchstone of the quality of higher education. Therefore, the employers’ satisfaction of them should be used as an important evaluating indicator of the quality of higher education.Based on the investigation of employers’ satisfaction level, this article finally achieves the research purpose of providing countermeasures for colleges and universities through the analysis about the present situation of the employers’ satisfaction level. The principal line of this paper is as follows: "What is the satisfaction level of employers? Why do we study the satisfaction level of employers? How to judge the satisfaction level of employers? How is the present situation of employers’ satisfaction level? What is its inspiration for the cultivation work of colleges and universities? " I expand my research on the basis of these general ideas. There are six chapters of this paper: Chapter 1 introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and meanings, definition of basic concepts and the research objects, research ideas, methods and contents; Chapter 2 is the related literature reviews; Chapter 3 is the questionnaire designs and examinations; Chapter 4 is investigations and the analysis of results; Chapter 5 is the research conclusions and recommendations; Chapter 6 is the shortcomings and prospect of the research.This paper uses self-made questionnaire of employers’ satisfaction level about college graduates to investigate. It went through the initial preparation of the questionnaire, pre-survey, questionnaire revised and a formal investigation these several major process. After the investigation, I analyzed the data statistically by spss17.0. Through empirical research, this study concludes that the employers’ satisfaction of whole college graduates is comparatively high; employers’ different ages and educational backgrounds make no difference to the satisfaction level about college graduates, while different ages and post of employers do make differences; Employers have different satisfaction levels to different school background graduates; the ideological and moral level of college graduates make employers the most satisfied, but the scientific literacy make employers the worst satisfied; Most employers are looking forward to having both ability and political integrity of college and university graduates. According to the research conclusion, put forward the following countermeasures: Colleges and universities should keep pace with the times to establish the comprehensive development of talent cultivation; colleges and universities should make clear goals, highlight the school characteristics; Colleges and universities should strive to enhance the professional level of college students; improve teaching to improve the students’ knowledge structure;strengthen the practice teaching, focus on cultivating students’ practice ability.University should take the market as the guidance to carry out the university student employment guidance work.At the end of the paper, it puts forward the lack of research and prospect, and provides a reference for further research.
