Having "after 90s" college students as the research objects, this research uses literature review and questionnaire survey methods which include Eysenck Brief Personality Questionnaire(EPQ- RSC), the Multidimensional Maltiattributional Causality Scale(MMCS) and Professional Com-mitment Questionnaire to discusses the current situation of personality characteristics, attributional pattern and professional commitment of "after 90s" college students of different grades, gender, regions and professions. This research also discusses the relationship between these three aspects to investigate whether personality characteristics and attributional pattern have influence in the "after 90s" college students’ professional commitment. The results show that:1.No matter we do the attribution to the academic achievement or interpersonal relationship, after 90 s college students tend to internal attribution. The "90 after" college students have three types of temperament types, which are choleric temperament, sangeuine temperament and phlegmatic temperament, and college students’ personality characteristics are normally distributed. As a special social group, the overall level of professional commitment among the "after 90s" college students is relatively high. In the four dimensional structures of professional commitment, normative commitment is of highest level, and ideal commitment level is the lowest.2.The mental quality andadissimulationaof "after 90 s" college students’ personality traits has a significant negative correlation with attribution pattern, and can predict inernal attribution. The emotional stability of personality traits has significant positive correlation with attribution pattern, and can predict external attribution.3. The psychoticism of "after 90s" college students’ personality traits only has a significant negative correlation with normative commitment. And the emotional stability of personality traits only has a significant positive correlation with emotional commitment. 12344.The internal attribution of "after 90s" college students’ attribution pattern has a significant positive correlation with professional commitment, and can make some prediction.5. "After 90s" college students’ personality traits plays an intermediating role between attributional pattern and professional commitment. Under such influence, "after 90s" college students’ attribution pattern’s influences on their professional commitment were declined.
