Peer interaction of young people in junior school students play a veryimportant role in adolescent social development, related to physical and mentalhealth of young people. Establish good peer relationships and the development ofpositive friendship quality in junior high school not only conducive to enhanceself-confidence, also help to improve the ability of young people to adapt tosociety. Peer relationships of junior high school students consists of two levels:group level and individual level. Most of the research on peer relationships inthe past focused on a certain level, not commenced a detailed and thoroughdiscussion of the two levels of peer interactions. This study intends toinvestigate the characteristics of junior high school peer interactions throughthe two levels of junior high school peers comprehensive, and the relationshipsbetween peer interactions and personality characteristics, self-disclosure,attribute style.Previous studies have shown that the theory of personality trait has betterprediction interpersonal to communication, but still relatively little study basedon type theory of personality between junior school companions, and previousstudies did not show how personality affects to peer relationships, study on itsmechanism of action is still relatively vague. In this paper, based on MBTIpersonality type questionnaire, explore the relationships between the companionrelationships of junior high school students with the personality. On the one hand,make further validation of Jungian type theory in the junior high school, on theother hand can validate the findings based on the theory of types of peer relationships study are consistent with previous trait theory. In addition, theintroduction of self-disclosure and attribute style further explore the mechanismof personality on interpersonal.This study selected620students as subjects, come from the Haifeng streetsSchool,291boys and254girls;187from First-year junior high school,193fromSecond-year junior high school and165from third-year junior high school.620questionnaires were distributed, a total of545valid data, the effective ratewas90.4%.The conclusions in this study as following:1、In groups level of peer interaction of junior high students, Most of thejunior high school students in the general social status, second is popular type,ambivalent individuals at least, Neglected type and refused type share aconsiderable proportion.2、Positive friendship quality in the individual level and peer acceptanceof junior high school students in population level degree have a significantpositive correlations.3、 Personality, self-disclosure and attributional style have a closerelationship between and peer relationships. EI personality and TF personalitycan significant predicte the three dimensions: peer acceptance, positivefriendships and negative friendships. The extroverted individuals have higherdegree of peer acceptance,more positive friendships and less negative friendships.Thinking type of individuals have lower peer acceptance, less positive friendshipsand more negative friendship; SN and JP dimensions have no significant Influenceto peer relationships. Self-disclosure can significant predicted the threedimensions of peer relationships, the higher self-disclosure individuals havehigher degree of peer acceptance, more positive friendships and less negativefriendships; Attributed style have a significant prediction to the threedimensions of peer relationships, the internal attribution individuals havehigher degree of peer acceptance and more positive friendships and less negative friendships.4、Self-disclosure and Attributed style are the intermediary variables betweenpersonality and peer relationships.
