Pan Fengxiang in jiangxi province is the first Special-class teacher, Chinese education masters, and is the oldest Chinese teaching reform in jiangxi province and even the national first-line teachers. He devoted his life to Chinese teaching, since the 1960 s, conducted before and after a total of five rounds of Chinese teaching reform experiment, founded Teach How to Read. Teach How to Read not only inherited the many excellent traditional Chinese education idea, also embodied the Pan Fengxiang knowledge of Chinese language teaching. Pan Fengxiang as a representative of the early Chinese teaching reform, research on his education teaching thought for today’s Chinese curriculum reform has certain reference significance.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part: introduction. This article obtains from the subject put forward, and then further analysis of the status and significance of the subject, as well as research methods.The second part: the background of Chinese teaching reading. This article indepth analysis of the background of Chinese teaching reading produced from three aspects:the needs of the development of era, personal growth experience and the thought source,and order to make readers more comprehensive and in-depth understanding ofTeach How to ReadThe third part: the connotation and characteristics of Chinese teaching reading. In this section, the author deeply studies the connotation of the three major Chinese teaching reading: teach students reading, teach students writing, teach students scholarship, a summary of its five characteristics: Pay attention to training self-study ability, thinking training, knowledge transfer, writing teaching, multivariate evaluation, these are reflected in today’s new curriculum standard, but at the time, these new concepts was advanced.The fourth part: Chinese teaching reading to today’s enlightenment of Chinese teaching in middle schools. Today, there are still many "bright spots" in teach how to read, to inherit and carry forward. The author in detail from two aspects discusses the practical significance of teach how to read: implications for teaching reading and writing teaching.In short, Pan Fengxiang Teach How to Read for the new curriculum reform of Chinese teaching in middle schools are still useful. Pan Fengxiang most of the Chinese education thought is consistent with the concept of new curriculum. In this paper, further study of Teach How to Read, hope for the implementation of the new curriculum reform.
