The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy, but also miniaturization networked learning. The importance of knowledge has prompted more and more the importance of personal knowledge learners graduate management(PKM, Personal Knowledge Management) to enhance and develop the learning combined with micro-social study of this important subject. Today, a wide range of personal knowledge management can not only enrich personal knowledge horizons and increase personal social viability, adaptability, competitiveness and innovation. While helping to expand individual knowledge of the culture of fast acquisition, flexible storage, and many other capabilities. Knowledge continues to expand, acquire knowledge that is mastered in the future. Therefore, to improve the students learning through miniature personal knowledge, help students personal knowledge management has become an important part of the graduate knowledge management. Therefore, the core objective of this study is to explore how to improve graduate student selection tool, master, harness and integrate resources.Therefore, this study "literature study" refer to knowledge management research works on the present situation of knowledge management research, research status of micro learning. Then "questionnaire", Jiangxi Normal University graduate micro learning situation and personal knowledge management status questionnaire, analysis of the Institute to promote the use of micro-learning knowledge management problems and countermeasures itself made possible explanation. At the same time, build a personal knowledge management model based on micro-graduate study.This study consists of five chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background, purpose, significance. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, including micro-learning theory and knowledge management theory. The third chapter analyzes the survey results in some cases graduate of personal knowledge management, including learning resources, knowledge management to understand the situation, whether to build personal knowledge management models and main problems found.
