Research On College Students’ Psychological Health Education

In the increasingly fierce competition in twenty-first Century, the development of the society more and more quickly, the human to meet the social development has produced many unharmonious factors, in the face of increasingly rapid learning and life, relationships are more complex, between the person and person’s thoughts be quite different under such circumstances, our entire society’s overall quality has improved, on the psychological quality should also be higher level requirements.College students as the future development of our country’s leaders, must have very strong self-control ability.At present, our mental health education from the level of developed countries still have a long distance, education effect is not so significant, on mental health education is not, nor to provide students with good mental health services. Faced with this situation, this paper is divided into four parts on the psychological health education of college students work study were discussed:the first part explains the psychological health education of university students concept; second part emphasizes the important significance of researching on college students’psychological health education, the third part elaborated the psychological health education work in universities and College Students’ mental health in China and the problems this issue analyzes the causes of College Students’ psychological health education, and points out some problems existing in the psychological health education of college students and analysis of the causes of the problems; the fourth part on Strengthening College Students’ psychological health education countermeasure. Firstly, to improve the students’ psychological education important understanding, by improving the education system to strengthen the psychological health education work, again from the build environment of mental healthy education to college students psychological health education has a good environmental atmosphere, the last to theory teaching reform as the target improve the psychological health education.This article through to the psychological health education of college students work study, hope to be able to promote college students’psychological health quality improvement, to adapt to the current social pressure environment fully prepared.
